  • Bulk excavation:
    • Cut/Fill of approximately 35,000 cu/yds dirt (25000 cu/yds of import from off site).
    • Grading for subgrade of: Road, Parking Area, Building Pad.
  • Utilities:
    • Storm system:
      • 1000' of Storm System / Inlets / MH's
      • Detention tank (60" diameter pipe)
    • Sanitary system:
      • Bore new line into existing MH.
      • Run new line to building.
    • Water system:
      • Hot-tap for new domestic & fire lines for building.
